Hotel Claris 5 * GL, Derby Hotels Collection, offers to its customers, free of charge, the new Portier mobile device, with which they can get all the services of the hotel and experience the city of Barcelona to the maximum.
Developed by the company Portier Technologies, the service offering is built around a call-enabled 4G smartphone placed in every guest room, and the devices are customized for each hotel property, keeping guests connected to the hotel during their entire stay. Guests can engage with a hotel’s concierge and guest services department anytime, anywhere, whether they are in the hotel or exploring the city. The guest will also have information about Barcelona and its points of interest, access to newspapers and magazines from around the world and permanent telephony and data service. The Claris Hotel & Spa is the first hotel in Europe to offer this service, designed to meet the most common needs of travelers.
Through the agreement with Portier, Claris Hotel & Spa solves the extra cost for travelers to activate the Internet service on their personal mobile devices and allows them to stay connected during their stay.
