The Hotel Urban 5*GL, a reference in gastronomy, art and exclusivity in Madrid, presents its special menus for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, prepared under the gastronomic proposal of CEBO -a Michelin star-, where chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo elaborate a cuisine to remember and where each ingredient is selected according to season from local producers.
Christmas Eve dinner at Hotel Urban 5*GL begins with starters such as Iberian acorn-fed Joselito ham and Ostra Amélie-Caviar Oscietra. As main courses, the Urban's kitchen proposes dishes of sea and land, Artichoke in green sauce, Meditrranean Carabinero with lard, Black Grouper and Suckling Lamb. And to finish the menu, Coulant of nougat Jijona. During the dinner will be offered Niu D.O Costers del Segre, Abadia del poblet La Font Voltada D.O Conca de Barberà and Taittinger A.O.C Champagne.
The last dinner of the year is based on a selection of first class flavors. The Hotel Urban 5*GL proposes to start with starters such as Joselito Iberian Acorn-fed Ham Joselito Tribute, Oyster Amélie-Caviar Oscietra and Clam of Carril. As seconds, Angula del Miño, Carabinero del Mediterráneo, Turbot chop with tear pea and Capón de Villalba with black truffle. And to enjoy the last bite of the year, Cacao de Origen with tonka bean ice cream. The pairing will offer Can Matons D.O Alella, Abadia de poblet La Font Voltada D.O Conca de Barberà and Taittinger A.O.C Champagne.
In addition, it has designed a special menu for children to enjoy Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners designed for them. As starters will be served Joselito ham croquette, Pork of prey and Idiazábal cheese fritter. As main courses, choose between Cannelloni of chicken with béchamel sauce au gratin and Escalopines of beef tenderloin with potato and rosemary. And for dessert, nougat coulant with vanilla ice cream.

The Hotel Urban 5*GL offers two menu options of 89€ and 105€, designed by the chefs of CEBO. As first option begins with an appetizer where you can not miss its Crunchy salted fish salad, Ferrero of foie gras and hazelnut, Joselito ham croquettes with sheep's milk, Idiazábal cheese fritter. Main courses: Artichokes confit with green sauce and diving razor clams, roasted black monkfish, seafood marinara sauce and roasted carrot and Joselito acorn-fed sirloin steak, perigord sauce and braised parsnip. To finish, creamy Manchego cheese cake, toasted butter ice cream and orange toffee and an assortment of Christmas sweets.
The second menu option includes as main courses Roasted carabinero, daggerboard butter sabayon and fritters of its interiors, black grouper, pilpil del bosque and wild mushrooms of the moment and stewed poulard, black truffle and rustida onions. For dessert, spiced cocoa coulant with peppers, praline ice cream and ginger cookie and an assortment of Christmas sweets.
The Hotel Villa Real 5* also offers two menu options for €85 and €95. The first proposal begins with a selection of starters such as Tuna belly salad and piquillos cream, Salmon rolls with dill cream, Guacamole with torreznos, Cod fritters with honey and lemon, Ham croquettes and Iberian sirloin skewers with bacon and mojo picón. It continues with the Cream of boletus and seasonal mushrooms, poached egg and foie, Sea bass with prawn and clam sauce and Guinea fowl stuffed with quinoa sautéed with fruits, raisins and pine nuts as main courses and ends with the Chocolate volcano with vanilla ice cream and red fruits.
The second menu consists of appetizers such as Hake ceviche with crunchy cassava and guacamole, Lebanese hummus bites with feta cheese and olives, Foie and sweet wine toasts, Cod fritters with honey and lemon, Txangurro croquettes and Iberian feather with crunchy crumbs. For the main course, prawn cream with prawns and vegetables, Hake on a skewer, clams and cava sauce and Mellow lamb ingot with garlic mushrooms and celeri puree. And for dessert, chocolate and hazelnut cream with nougat ice cream.
Glass Bar, a 'Drinkery House' with cocktails signed by the creators of Sips
